Sabrina, Aloïs’s mum, got in touch with us with this lovely request, and of course we couldn’t say no! 8-year-old Aloïs wanted to make this Lamborghini logo with Perler beads as a gift for his godfather. After lots of patience and a whole lot of love, just look at what he created! 🏎️

With just two bead colours (yellow or gold and black), you can make this amazing Lamborghini logo with Perler beads. But be warned! This is a large design that requires 4 pegboards! We'll explain everything below! 🧡
How to make this large 4-pegboard design? 🏗️
Big designs spread across several pegboards might look a little daunting, and they do take some planning! But they’re also a great excuse to get creative together. A relaxing, fun activity to enjoy with your child! Here are a few handy tips to help you get a great result:
- Method 1: Create your design on 4 connected pegboards
Put your 4 clear pegboards together and set yourself up on a table or desk where you can leave your project undisturbed. A design this big might take several days or even weeks to finish! Once it’s all done, you can take your time ironing it. No rush! This is the easiest way to get a nice, even result. - Method 2: Work on one pegboard at a time
Work on one clear pegboard at a time and iron each section as you go. Then pick up where you left off and move on to the next section (part 2, then parts 3 and 4). Once all four sections are ready, join them together by ironing the edges. Just a heads-up: ironing the joins takes a little more care. Make sure the beads along the edges fuse together properly so the whole design stays in one piece. It’s a bit more fiddly, but handy if you don’t have much space to leave a big project lying around!
💡 Our most important tip : Use new pegboards or ones that are still in good condition, without too much warping. With a large design, a warped pegboard can throw the whole pattern off. Your Lamborghini logo will thank you for it!

And here’s the fun part: Ferruccio Lamborghini originally made… tractors! After a disagreement with Enzo Ferrari over the quality of Ferrari’s cars, he decided to start his own sports car brand. And just like that, the Lamborghini-Ferrari rivalry was born out of a heated argument. 🏎️
